Just completed our second 2 week stay in this unit and are already booked for next year. Unit has everything you need plus a fabulous view. Ray is a pleasure to deal with and is always responsive. We loved staying in unit E-205! We walked in & opened the lanai door and the louvered windows in the bedroom & never once felt the need for AC, the trades just blew right through! It has a beautiful view of the ocean, pool and grounds and you can even hear the wave action. This condo is well maintained & updated and has a comfortable feel to it. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, dishes & utensils- everything you need to put together a meal. We barbecued most every night, the grills are clean & have grill lights attached. The staff is friendly & very helpful, as are most of the people staying there. There is ample parking, & easy access/short cut to the ABC Store through a gate on the property(take your room key to reaccess Papakea). Papakea has easy access to the board walk, it provides an easy walk if you are inclined, & it takes you right by “Dukes” & other restaurants, bars & grills. The owner of this property was a pleasure to work with, he communicates quickly & provided great customer service. My only suggestion is pick your vacation dates, then add 7 more days to it, you will not want to leave! Looking forward to our next trip there. – Vickie A. ()

Had a wonderful time at your property. The fact that it is away from the hustle and bustle of hotels and tourist traps was fantastic. Beautiful view, clean well kept accommodations bed was just as comfortable as home. I enjoyed my vacation thanks to you and your condo. The moment you enter this condo, WOW you realize that you make the best vacation ever. my family and i loved staying at this beautiful condo. Everything was great and marvelous n we had an excellent time in Maui. Amazing views through the sliding doors the way the views we wanted we got. Very clean and updated condo whatever you needed was all there. We didnt used much of the air conditioner just open the large sliding glass door and opened our bedroom windows, could get the cool winds and listens to the sounds of the ocean, love the breeze at 5:30am. outstanding views and very friendly staff and you feel the relaxation of Maui..Layout of the condo was excellent rooms were big and spacious n comfortable sofa bed. Pools n BBQ area were cleaned daily. Great service n owner was very responsible…. i would highly like recommend this property to my friends n relative….shopping centers, restaurants were walking distance, next vacation going to this same condo in Maui – Shalini C ()

Great owner. Very honest friendly and patient. Provides needed accurate information . Guided us through our first verbo rental through owner.
